Return policy and Shipping information

We are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of our product. If for any reason you are not satisfied we accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. We also offer a 5 year limited product warranty. Please carefully read the following information before requesting a return.

Once you have submitted our online form, you will be required to return the item. Your RMA will be processed out within 2-3 business days after the product has been delivered.

All HydroTeak returns must be approved by the RMA department prior to shipping the product back. HydroTeak is not responsible for unauthorized returns, lost items or additional shipping costs incurred due to an unauthorized return.

HydroTeak will cover return shipping costs if you are within 30 days of the original purchase date and you received a defective unit, or incorrect items.  

Refunds:

  • All refunds must be requested within 30 days

  • Returns that are considered buyers remorse are subject to a 10% restocking fee and order will need to be returned at buyer’s expense.

  • We expect all returns to be in original sale condition and original packaging.

  • Order refusals and accidental orders will result in a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable. You will receive a full refund for the price of your order.



Warranty replacements:

  • HydroTeak offers a 5 year limited product warranty.

  • If we determine the item has a manufacturer defect, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear of the wood’s finish, abrasion, misuse, alteration.

  • Improper handling, storage, or any other damage caused by the unintended use of the product.

  • Damage caused by improper care or misuse

  • Aging wood may develop small cracks on the wood grain, this is considered normal wear and tear.

  • Over time teak wood may develop a patina which results in teak turning into a grayish color, this can be minimized by applying additional teak oil coating.

  • Damaged caused by the natural elements such as prolonged UV exposures, mildew, stains, etc.

Shipping information:

HydroTeak will provide you with a prepaid return label for DOA warranty replacements and defective item refunds.

Please note if your current shipping address is in Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Alaska, or Hawaii, a flat rate $30.00 shipping fee will need to be applied before proceeding with the replacement / return process. The item will also need to be returned at the buyer’s expense.

HydroTeak ships all domestic U.S. RMA repaired items by USPS Priority Mail, Fedex Ground, or UPS Ground (3 - 7 days).

All returned items must be sent via traceable means. Examples would be UPS, FedEx, DHL, or US Postal Service Priority Mail. Be sure to retain the tracking information for your records. The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by HydroTeak. HydroTeak is liable for the returned item upon the receipt of shipment.
